Purchase through tbsdental.com or Patterson Dental. - Pack and Ship Your 3D Surgical Kit Within 60 Days
Place the complete 3D Surgical Kit and a printed copy of the invoice in the same package. Save your tracking information. - Ship to:

After we receive and validate your trade-in, we will ship one additional Master Surgery Kit. Allow 6-8 weeks from receipt.
FAQs
How many times can I use this promotion?
Can I trade in a different kit?
No. Only the TBS 3D Surgical Kit (#38501) qualifies for this promotion.
What if my 3D Surgical Kit is missing an instrument?
The promotion requires a complete kit. If your kit is missing something small or if you’re unsure if your kit will qualify, contact TBS Dental before shipping and we will assess your kit’s eligibility.

Where do I upload my invoice?
No online upload is required for this promotion. Print the qualifying invoice and place it inside the shipment with the trade-in kit.
Does TBS provide a prepaid return label?
No. You are responsible for arranging the shipment to TBS Dental. Use a trackable service and retain the tracking number.
When must TBS receive my trade-in?
TBS must receive the complete trade-in kit and printed invoice within 60 days of the qualifying TBSMKIT20 invoice date.
When will I receive the additional kit?
Many customers receive kits in as little as 1 week from the date we receive your trade-in. However, we ask that you allow 6-8 weeks from the date TBS receives and validates the qualifying trade-in shipment.
Can I combine this offer with another promotion or special pricing?
No. The offer is not valid for customers participating in special pricing programs and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
What condition do the trade-in instruments need to be in?
We accept instruments in any working condition for trade-in.

Terms & Conditions
· To qualify, a customer must purchase one TBS Master Surgery Kit 2.0 (TBSMKIT20) and trade in one complete TBS 3D Surgical Kit (#38501).
· A printed copy of the qualifying TBSMKIT20 invoice must be enclosed in the same shipment as the trade-in kit.
· TBS Dental must receive the trade-in kit and invoice within 60 days of the qualifying invoice date. The date shipped does not determine eligibility.
· The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipment to TBS Dental and should retain the carrier tracking number as proof of delivery.
· TBS Dental will determine whether the submitted trade-in kit and documentation satisfy the promotion requirements.
· After TBS receives and validates the qualifying trade-in, allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of the additional TBSMKIT20.
· This offer is not valid for customers participating in special pricing programs and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
· Each additional TBSMKIT20 requires one qualifying TBSMKIT20 purchase and one separate qualifying 3D Surgical Kit trade-in.
· TBS Dental reserves the right to terminate or modify this offer at any time at its sole discretion.
